Please note:
There is no access to one room downstairs, or the shed at the back. You are able to use the carport connected to the shed.

Tariffs:
LOW SEASON - $995.00 Per Week (Anytime of the year other than Qld school holidays)
MID SEASON - $1,095.00 Per Week (June/July Qld school holidays)
HIGH SEASON - $1,705.00 Per Week (All other school holidays)
PEAK SEASON - $1,905.00 Per Week (Christmas, New Year & Easter weeks - 7 night minimum)

All linen, clean & booking fees are included in the tariff, just bring your beach towels!
